Marketplace Use
Motsto provides an online marketplace for sports goods, toys, RC products, electronics, accessories, and related products from Motsto and approved merchants. Product availability, pricing, offers, delivery timelines, and seller details may vary by product and location.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate details during registration, checkout, and merchant onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account.
Products and Pricing
We try to keep product information, images, stock, pricing, taxes, discounts, and descriptions accurate. If an error is discovered, we may correct it, cancel the affected order, or contact the customer before processing.
Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed after successful checkout and payment authorization. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other approved payment partners. Motsto may cancel or hold orders suspected of fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, payment failure, address issues, or compliance concerns.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kerala, India.
